A rather depressing scene, Redach is getting drunk and depressed because of unrequeited love.

So, tomorrow, I get to write the bar fight he gets in. That should be a bit more fun. And I'll get to bug herr_volk for fight-coordinatorly duties. Hehe!

on ATFD, first draft of scene 3. It felt really exposition-y, and a bit rambly. I'm going to see what I can do to tighten it up before posting it to enaeI also stumbled on a way to lead into the main conflict in the next Dayan scene. After double-checking that the door that led to her sitting room was barred, she knelt before the cedar chest that she'd spent the past twelve years steadily filling with embroidered linens for an eventual marriage that she'd come to doubt would ever take place.

It was slow going, but I finally got there. First draft of scene two of ATFD. I'll do an initial edit tomorrow, then post it up on enae either tomorrow night or the day after, depending on how late I get home from Albra's.

I'm almost tempted to try for scene 3, but I'm pretty tired.

Not doing too well on 2YN. Or...at all. *snork* As Grandfather Bud would say, I need to either shit or get off the part.
